- Sonny Lim Added September 03, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My wife had an unpleasant experience trying to get a replacement for a shower spray hose which was faulty. Instead of dealing with it with a customer service attitude and simply replacing it, the person serving her was reluctant to do so and blamed the problem on other factors such as the water pressure. The simple fact was the hose has a 5-year warranty and so we were entitled to a replacement. So why the battle and the reluctance? This is definitely poor customer service! Just replace it without making so much fuss!
